- 3Make the Sauce: Combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 4Coat the Chicken: Toss cooked chicken in the sticky garlic sauce until glossy and fully coated.
- 5Cook the Fried Rice: Heat a large skillet, scramble eggs, add rice, peas and carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder, and stir-fry until hot and slightly crisp.
