  2. 2Bread the Tenders: Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in crushed cornflakes, pressing to adhere.
  3. 3Cook: Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes (flip halfway) or bake at 425°F for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4Make the Southwest Ranch: Blend Greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and water until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Make the Hot Honey: Warm honey, hot sauce, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes until combined.
  6. 6Serve: Drizzle tenders with hot honey, top with chopped green onions, and serve with southwest ranch for dipping.
