  3. 3Make the Glaze: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, add garlic until fragrant, then stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, reserved marinade, and sriracha if using; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. 4Glaze the Chicken: Brush glaze generously over the partially cooked chicken.
  5. 5Finish Cooking: Return chicken to heat at 400°F for 10–15 minutes until sticky and caramelized; optionally broil on high for 5 minutes at the end for extra crisp edges.
