  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. 3Add the unsweetened applesauce, sugar-free maple syrup, almond flour, birthday cake protein powder, baking soda, monk fruit sugar, and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. 4Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  5. 5Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
