  1. 1Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine fit flour or all-purpose flour, vanilla protein, PB2 peanut butter, zero-calorie sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the dry ingredients.
  4. 4Add unsweetened almond milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. 5Mash two ripe bananas and fold them into the batter.
  6. 6Grease a bread pan and pour the batter into it. Optionally add extra sliced bananas on top.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. 8Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing.
