HIGH-PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD

- 1Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine fit flour or all-purpose flour, vanilla protein, PB2 peanut butter, zero-calorie sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the dry ingredients.
- 4Add unsweetened almond milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- 5Mash two ripe bananas and fold them into the batter.
- 6Grease a bread pan and pour the batter into it. Optionally add extra sliced bananas on top.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 8Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing.
