  2. 2In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste. Cook until fully browned and cooked through. Use a spatula to break up the turkey as it cooks to ensure even
  3. 3Once the stir fry mix is thawed, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thawed stir fry mix to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until the vegetables are tender and heated through.
  4. 4Once both the ground turkey and stir fry vegetables are cooked, combine them in a large bowl. Mix well with teriyaki sauce (comes with the vegetables) to distribute the turkey evenly among the vegetables.
  5. 5Divide the turkey and vegetable mixture into seven equal portions.
  6. 6Using meal prep containers, portion out each serving of the turkey and vegetable mixture. Make sure each container has an equal amount of turkey and vegetables.
  7. 7Once portioned, store the meal prep containers in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
