- 1Take the frozen stir fry mix out of the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- 2In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste. Cook until fully browned and cooked through. Use a spatula to break up the turkey as it cooks to ensure even
- 3Once the stir fry mix is thawed, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thawed stir fry mix to the skillet and cook according to the package instructions until the vegetables are tender and heated through.
- 4Once both the ground turkey and stir fry vegetables are cooked, combine them in a large bowl. Mix well with teriyaki sauce (comes with the vegetables) to distribute the turkey evenly among the vegetables.
- 5Divide the turkey and vegetable mixture into seven equal portions.
- 6Using meal prep containers, portion out each serving of the turkey and vegetable mixture. Make sure each container has an equal amount of turkey and vegetables.
- 7Once portioned, store the meal prep containers in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
