- 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger paste. Add sliced steak and marinate for 15- 20 minutes.
- 2Heat avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add marinated steak to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- 4In the same pan, add broccoli florets and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
- 5If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and add it to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- 6Return the cooked steak to the pan with the broccoli.
- 7Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and toss until well coated.
- 8Divide into 4 equal portions.
- 9Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
