  1. 1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger paste. Add sliced steak and marinate for 15- 20 minutes.
  2. 2Heat avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add marinated steak to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  4. 4In the same pan, add broccoli florets and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  5. 5If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and add it to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6Return the cooked steak to the pan with the broccoli.
  7. 7Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and toss until well coated.
  8. 8Divide into 4 equal portions.
  9. 9Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
