  1. 1In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
  2. 2In a large pan or wok, stir-fry chicken until fully cooked.
  3. 3Add mixed vegetables to the pan and continue stir-frying until they are tender- crisp.
  4. 4Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss until everything is well- coated.
  5. 5Evenly distribute the honey garlic chicken stir-fry and quinoa into four meal prep containers
