  1. 1Cook the Pasta: Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Gradually whisk in milk and chicken broth until smooth. Add cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, pepper, and extra Cajun seasoning. Stir until creamy and thickened.
  4. 4Combine: Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss until coated in sauce.
  5. 5Serve: Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. Serve hot.
