  2. 2In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. 4Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
