- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the honey mustard mixture.
- 4Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
