- 1Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 2Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, add zoodles and toss for 2–3 minutes. Season with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 4Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.
