  1. 1Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. 2Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, add zoodles and toss for 2–3 minutes. Season with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.
  5. 5Serve immediately as a light entrée. 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 medium zucchinis (500 grams), spiralized into zoodles 2 tbsp (30g) butter 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice 1 tsp (2g) red pepper flakes (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
