  1. 1Pat shrimp dry. Lightly coat in Fit Flour or oat flour. Dip in beaten egg, then coat in a mix of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray shrimp with oil and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth. Adjust spice to your liking.
  4. 4Warm tortillas. Fill each with slaw, crispy shrimp, a drizzle of bang bang sauce, and garnish with cilantro or green onion. Add a squeeze of lime if desired.
