Instructions

6 steps

  1. 1Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Cook Chicken: Heat oil or butter spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3Prepare Honey Butter Glaze: In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in honey and Cajun seasoning. Toss cooked chicken back into skillet, coating pieces in glaze. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. 4Make Sauce: In the skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, milk, blended cottage cheese, tomato paste, cheddar cheese, and smoked paprika. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. 5Combine: Add cooked pasta and glazed chicken back into skillet. Toss until everything is coated in sauce.
  6. 6Finish & Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve hot.
