CAJUN HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN PASTA

- 1Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Cook Chicken: Heat oil or butter spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 3Prepare Honey Butter Glaze: In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in honey and Cajun seasoning. Toss cooked chicken back into skillet, coating pieces in glaze. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 4Make Sauce: In the skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, milk, blended cottage cheese, tomato paste, cheddar cheese, and smoked paprika. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 5Combine: Add cooked pasta and glazed chicken back into skillet. Toss until everything is coated in sauce.
- 6Finish & Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve hot.
