- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- 2Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), chicken broth, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- 5Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- 6Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
