  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. 2Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), chicken broth, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. 5Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. 6Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
