- 1Add the chicken breasts, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, diced onions, minced garlic, tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes, and chicken broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- 2Cook on low for 4 hours.
- 3After 4 hours, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
- 4Stir in the blended cottage cheese, butter, Fairlife milk, and grated Parmesan. Mix well.
- 5Let cook for an additional 20–30 minutes on low heat, until heated through and creamy.
