- 1Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same pan, sauté garlic and tomato paste for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, protein milk, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- 4Stir in shredded parmesan and blended cottage cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 5Return chicken and pasta to the pan. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- 6Top each bowl with chopped fresh basil.
