  1. 1Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3In the same pan, sauté garlic and tomato paste for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, protein milk, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in shredded parmesan and blended cottage cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Return chicken and pasta to the pan. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. 6Top each bowl with chopped fresh basil. For the Chicken: • 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced • 2 tsp (10ml) olive oil • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste For the Pasta: • 6 oz (170g) high-protein pasta (e.g., Barilla Protein+ or chickpea pasta) For the Sauce: • 1 tbsp (9g) tomato paste • 1 tbsp (9g) minced garlic • ¼ cup (30g) chopped sun-dried tomatoes • ½ cup (120ml) low-sodium chicken broth • ½ cup (120ml) Fairlife protein milk • ½ cup (56g) shredded parmesan cheese • ½ cup (120g) blended cottage • ½ tsp Italian seasoning • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes • Fresh basil for garnish
