  1. 1Cook the high-protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium- high heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly crispy on the edges, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. 3In a separate saucepan, combine blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Fairlife milk, parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir over medium heat until the sauce is smooth and heated through, about 5–6 minutes.
  4. 4Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  5. 5Garnish with chopped parsley and divide into four meal prep containers.
