  1. 1Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. 2Set up three stations: one bowl with whisked eggs and water, one with flour, and one with crushed cornflakes, Parmesan, and seasonings mixed together.
  3. 3Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat fully in the cornflake mixture.
  4. 4Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place chicken fries in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Spray the tops lightly with oil.
  5. 5Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. • 1.5 lbs (680g) chicken breast, cut into fry-sized strips • 2 large eggs • 1 tbsp (15ml) water • 1/2 cup (30g) Fit Flour (or oat flour) • 1.5 cups crushed cornflakes • 1/2 cup (45g) grated Parmesan cheese • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp salt • Spray oil (e.g. avocado oil spray)
