- 1Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
- 2Set up three stations: one bowl with whisked eggs and water, one with flour, and one with crushed cornflakes, Parmesan, and seasonings mixed together.
- 3Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat fully in the cornflake mixture.
- 4Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place chicken fries in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Spray the tops lightly with oil.
