  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, and all seasonings. Mix well until creamy.
  2. 2Lay out wraps and evenly divide the chicken mixture into 8 portions. Roll each into a burrito.
  3. 3Optional: Lightly toast burritos in a skillet or air fryer for 3–5 minutes to seal and warm.
  4. 4Prepare the creamy avocado jalapeño ranch dip by blending all dip ingredients until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency.
  5. 5Serve burritos immediately with the dip for drizzling or store in the fridge for meal prep. For the Chicken Mixture: • 1½ lbs (680g) chicken breast, cooked and shredded • ½ cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt • ½ cup (113g) low-fat cottage cheese, blended smooth • ½ cup (56g) shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese • 2 tbsp diced mild pickled jalapeños • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp cumin • Salt & pepper to taste Wraps: • 8 Ole Xtreme Wellness 8” wraps Creamy Avocado Jalapeño Ranch Dip (Optional for Dipping or Drizzling): • ½ avocado • ½ cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt • 1 tbsp light mayo • 1 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice • 1 tbsp lime juice • 1 tsp ranch seasoning (or ½ tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp dried dill) • Salt to taste • 1–2 tbsp water to thin
