- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, and all seasonings. Mix well until creamy.
- 2Lay out wraps and evenly divide the chicken mixture into 8 portions. Roll each into a burrito.
- 3Optional: Lightly toast burritos in a skillet or air fryer for 3–5 minutes to seal and warm.
- 4Prepare the creamy avocado jalapeño ranch dip by blending all dip ingredients until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency.
- 5Serve burritos immediately with the dip for drizzling or store in the fridge for meal prep.
