- 1Roast Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil spray, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 2Prepare Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- 3Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in soy sauce/Worcestershire, beef broth, tomato paste, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until flavors combine.
- 4Assemble Bowls: Divide roasted sweet potatoes among 4 bowls, top with ground beef mixture, and drizzle with hot honey sauce.
