- 1Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Dice sweet potatoes and lightly spray with oil. Season with salt and roast or air fry for 20–25 minutes until tender and golden.
- 2Season chicken tenderloins with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- 3Steam broccoli if using.
- 4Slice the cooked chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
