- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 2Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- 3While the potatoes cook, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- 4Season beef with Worcestershire, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
- 5In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients until well combined.
- 6Assemble each bowl with a base of romaine lettuce, roasted potatoes, and seasoned beef.
- 7Top each bowl with diced pickles, white onion, one slice of cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
