  1. 1Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 6– 8 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and cornstarch.
  3. 3Pour sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer on low for 2–3 minutes until thickened and sticky.
  4. 4While the chicken cooks, roast the zucchini at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until golden. Steam or sauté broccoli and carrots as desired.
