- 1In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with the breakfast blend seasoning. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- 2Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, add the chopped spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Remove and set aside.
- 4Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook over medium heat, flipping if desired, until the yolks are set to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5Assemble each bagel by layering a turkey patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, cooked spinach, and an egg. Top with the other half of the bagel.
- 6Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.
